Our Renewal by Andersen Company is looking for experienced, reliable and detail-oriented Sales (Administrative) Support Specialists. The ideal candidate is well-organized, professional and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks. What You Would Do:

Processing contracts for new orders in Salesforce

Uploading documents to customer accounts

Update customer orders with detailed notes

Manage and maintain voicemails and emails

Answer incoming phone calls and transfer to the correct department

Support Sales Team by helping answer any questions related to their customer accounts

What You Need:

2-3 years of experience in an Administrative role

Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office

Experience with multi-tasking under pressure

High level written/verbal communication skills

Extensive customer service experience (high volume phone contact w/ customers)

Strong follow-up skills: professional demeanor is a must

Salesforce software experience is required

Previous Home Improvement industry experience is a plus
