U.S. Army Joint Munitions Command Supply Systems Analyst in Crane, Indiana

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) & Major Range and Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) in DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Supply planning, order management, inventory management. Responsibilities Maintain fully operational system applications, systems, logic, and tools to support functional business processes in support of supply planning, demand planning, order management, inventory management, or sourcing. Provide technical system support in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and supporting applications to ensure the full capability of supply chain functions. Proactively validate data accuracy, analyzes system and functional capability effects Remediate issues to resolve data quality and compatibility process blocks. Develop and coordinate new or revised complex processes, policies, methods, and best practices throughout the various supply chain functions after thorough analyses of the effect on the various operating segments. Develop, gather, and evaluate key process productivity indicators and performance data. Identify and define system requirements to support business processes. Develop and test system solutions to fill business needs in collaboration with functional users. Develop, coordinate, and delives Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems execution training on new and existing supply chain functions. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) Researching data for use in an Enterprise Resource Planning system, in support of supply chain functions; and 2) Conducting studies of supply management systems to improve the overall supply program. Education --Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience along--No substitution of education for experience is permitted.
