Description
SAIC has an immediate opening for a Master Scheduler to join our talented team in Crane, IN.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for tracking, de-conflicting and analyzing the impacts of all facilities projects for the Government customer.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as a member of the planning team as well as the execution team, tracking future/planned projects as well as ones that are ongoing.
Create, edit, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for multiple customers. Assist and track Standard Operating Procedures, Supplemental Document Worksheets (SDW), and scheduling of necessary validations and hazard controls.
Own multiple IMSs, integrating inputs from developers and/or partners.
Run internal Audits with Customers to maintain IMS accuracy.
Provide analysis of performance including critical path trends and provide reports/briefings as directed.
Ensure program developed IMS is compatible with other IMS’s that would allow visibility into broader program critical path and other schedule analysis.
Develop and maintain summary level schedule reports, baseline reports, look-ahead, and inform Program Managers of performance trends weekly.
Support customer with other tasks as assigned duties related to program management, execution, and communications.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CLEARANCE:
Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience; Masters degree and one year experience.
Expert in Microsoft Projects.
Expert in communications with senior-leaders down to integration team.
Active secret.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years’ experience in creating technical schedules for Projects and preparing Technical Documentation for DoD.
