Job Title: Forklift Operator

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Forklift Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for kitting products, packaging, labeling, quality checking, and picking orders.

Responsibilities

• Walk around the warehouse picking and pulling orders

• Read and follow work orders and packaging lists for order fulfillment

• Pack products according to shipping instructions

• Kit items to package and ship out

• Ensure high attention to detail to verify labels and contents

• Assist the shipping department with shipping and receiving procedures

• Verify counts of products pulled

• Package products and prepare them for shipment

Essential Skills

• Experience in warehouse operations

• Order picking and packaging

• Ability to read and follow work orders and packaging lists

• High attention to detail for verifying labels and contents

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in shipping and receiving

• Ability to stand for long periods

• Warehouse cleaning experience

Work Environment

Shift options are available: Mon-Fri 1st Shift (8am-5pm), 2nd Shift (12pm-9pm), and 3rd Shift (8pm-5am). Steel-toed shoes are required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cranbury, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
