Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Hybrid Accounts Receivable Analyst job opportunity located in Cranbury, NJ 08512 zip code .

Shift: Mon - Fri 1st shift

Length : 6+ months

Pay Rate : $ 33.08/HR

The critical role of Customer Master Analyst is responsible for the data entry and integrity of the customer master in SAP. Responsibilities include ensuring, via reporting and key performance indicators, all activity in the customer master are processed in a timely manner accordance with the corporate norms, training and supporting the teams on customer master data understanding, interaction with audit team and internal control, and assisting in any customer master related advice or problem resolution. Project management with a continuous improvement mindset including identification of potential process and efficiency enhancements and cost reduction projects.

Responsibilities:

· Support the vision of modern ways of working in customer master activities.

· Lead the activities of customer master and the team to meet / beat established goals and to align with industry standards.

· In accordance with internal control norms, run and review customer master maintenance reports, recommend data cleansing and review with finance and obtain approvals, archive results.

· Prepare and distribute monthly reporting

· Streamline and transform internal processing / drive change in Supply chain including implementing robotic process automation and lean flow principles.

· Provide ongoing training and inquiry supporting the department analysts / specialists and maintain process procedures, assisting in any customer master related advice or problem resolution.

· Interact with audit teams and Internal Control during audit periods and participate in the resolution of any open audit items

· Manage and advise customer master-related inquiries and problem resolution

· Key Customer Master-specific reporting and metrics for visibility of business - Power Bi

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree Required in Supply Chain or Business Administration or related field.

· 3-5 years related work experience in a related field in a corporate environment

· Power BI required

· Must possess strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

· High level of technical knowledge in SAP Master Data

· Must be highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on data integrity

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Strong analytical and project management skills

· Exposure to Lean Six Sigma knowledge and practice

· Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints

· Ability to operate in a team environment and adapt in changing work environment

Pay Details: $33.08 per hour
