Sr Project Controls, P6 Schedule - REMOTE

Our Sr Project Controls, P6 Scheduler will be responsible for performing Primavera P6 schedule maintenance, planning, forecasting, resource loading, and reporting on the eVinci Program. The position will be responsible for both the near-term detailed planning as well as long-term planning of the next 5+ years.Sr Project Controls, P6 Schedule

3+ years expereince with Primavera is mandatory for this role.

This is a remote position.

Duties and Responsibilities (in the order of priority):

Lead efforts to develop and maintain eVinci Program P6 schedule Carries out necessary preplanning to examine scope of work and services, work breakdown structure, engineering quality and quantities, financial and contractual obligations and division of responsibility to control and report on planning and scheduling activities. Ensures schedule complies with contract and Program requirements Provides early warning on schedule conflicts and issues. Ensures accurate forecast of milestones Create and maintain project schedule reporting and communicate to the project stakeholders Support change control through development and analysis of sandbox 'what if' scenarios and analyze for milestone and labor hour impacts. Promote teamwork and effective communication, including maintenance and dissemination of project metrics to ensure team, customer, and all stakeholders are kept informed of project status Maintain project documentation including baseline, reporting and historical records.

The role supports multiple functions, requiring excellent communication and building of interpersonal relationships throughout all levels and functions within organization.

Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies:

Education Level (Degree, Area of Study) - Minimum Requirement: * Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Construction Management or related technical discipline

Years of Experience (if applicable): 3+ years of relevant Primavera P6 scheduling experience required

Professional Certifications: PMP Preferred

Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills Proficient to Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel for reporting Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making skills General knowledge of technical development processes Strong oral and written communication skills
