Your Day-to-Day: This role is responsible for managing Delivery and Process across the IT Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) teams, leading key cross-team processes, controls, and key initiatives in partnership with other teams across I&O and the larger IT organization.

The primary focus of this critical role is to deliver excellent service and solutions to our internal customers and leadership through establishment of and adherence to best practices and standards and by managing cross-team processes and deliverables. These efforts are aligned to business and IT strategic initiatives, and support the consistent and seamless operations of the I&O team. This position has the unique opportunity to partner with all areas of IT as well as the business functions to offer superior IT service, supporting the expansion of IT capabilities and moving IT forward to better serve our internal customer base.

Duties and Responsibilities (in order of priority):

Lead centralized processes and compliance efforts across I&O and IT. Engage with IT leaders and internal business customers to evaluate opportunities for new solutions or advancement of existing capabilities. Focus on continuous improvement of existing processes, automation of stable and mature processes, and identification of gaps in processes. May drive cross IT initiatives for continuous improvement in end-to-end delivery. Establish capabilities within the team to support automation and productivity improvements across I&O, setting the standard and governance models and providing services to increase productivity across all areas of the business. Responsible for leading key I&O initiatives, including partnership with project managers to guide strategic I&O projects. Partner with all groups in IT to build annual investment and budget plans for business planning with internal business units, enabled by standardized life cycle management and annual asset reviews. Facilitate cross team budget and resource allocation reviews. Responsible for I&O disaster recovery plans and associated efforts, including walk throughs, testing, annual validation, etc. Align individual priorities in accordance with organizational and operational needs - promoting continuous learning, growth and development to ensure continued capabilities on modern technologies. Maintain compliance and governance in support of all company controls, compliance, and security expectations. Ensure that project management, change management and compliance processes are understood and followed.

Who You Are: As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team: BS in Information Systems or similar degree 10 years of IT experience and background in IT, with a minimum of 4 years in lead/managerial roles

Leadership of work/project teams, including indirect reporting lines. Understanding of business functions. Strong ability to communicate across a wide audience of IT and business professionals, including technical discussion with IT professionals. Demonstrated ability to quickly understand new concepts and technologies. Demonstrated ability in process management and continuous improvement. Strong organizational skills. Demonstrated abilities in decision making, analytical skills, project management, and out-of-the box thinking. Confident and effective in establishing new capabilities and programs, including new solutions, technologies, and/or platforms. An understanding of IT inf astructure principals, capabilities, and architecture. Familiar with IT compliance controls. Preferred - experience across a variety of IT functions, including, but not limited to applications, infrastructure, and service delivery
