DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: As the Human Resource Business Partner, you will align with the Architectural Coatings distribution centers executive leadership in creating strategies and execution plans in talent attraction, development, retention, and engagement. You will play an important role across the entire BU by providing program leadership on HR-wide talent projects.

You will report to the Senior HRBP AC/TS. You will be located in either Cranberry, PA or Huron, OH. PPG offers excellent Medical, Dental, & Vision Benefits; matching 401k + retirement savings; and Paid Vacation, Holiday pay.

Key Responsibilities * You will be a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the business leadership, collaborate with regional leadership teams and connect and align with the Global functions to deliver talent quality (i.e., focused assessment & development, career and succession planning, diversity). * Translate the business/ functional and corporate strategies into the HR agenda, enabled by data and analytics. * Ensure Global execution of HR strategy/programs, challenging to balance local business and program needs, while communicating a ONE PPG message. * Collaborate with HR Leaders to implement annual talent processes (e.g., annual talent assessment, rewards, and executive succession and talent planning processes). * Champion and support diversity and inclusion programs to lead awareness and accountability and customize strategies where needed.

Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree required in HR or related, with additional education or certifications. * 8 years+ Human Resources experience; prefer high level of expertise in specialist areas including organizational development, recruitment, talent development, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations. #LI-Onsite
