DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: PPG Architectural Coatings is now hiring an Associate Marketing Manager! If you are well-rounded in retail, B2C or B2B marketing, read on.
You will support the execution of strategy that builds preference for our DIY and PRO - Consumer brands (Liquid Nails & Homax) and products sold within the US and Canada.
You will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and will work a hybrid schedule based in Cranberry Twp, PA.
Key Responsibilities * You will implement the marketing plans and the activation of our consumer engagement plans including social media, ratings and reviews, website content optimization, and more. * Manage projects and teams to launch products and marketing communication programs and in-store merchandising platforms. * Social Strategy & Implementation: Develop social content strategy and calendars and manage the production and implementation of social media content across multiple brands and platforms with brand managers. * Social Community Management: Lead the delivery/execution of our social platforms and communication of post-performance. Communication with community management vendors to ensure PPG is utilizing the platforms. * Ratings and Reviews Strategy & Implementation: Develop ratings and reviews strategy and manage implementation including responding to online ratings and reviews and questions. Develop efficient processes and optimize response matrix in conjunction with the brand managers and product or technical team. * Website Content: Work with digital COE team to increase website content and implement website updates related to SEO, product launches, content and digital assets. * Measurement: Know and understand business parameters including engagement, impressions, and reach. Lead recommendations and presentation of new ideas to increase above metrics.
Qualifications * 2-4 years marketing experience. * Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field is required. * Experience in B-to-B marketing or retail marketing. * B2B and B2C marketing. * Bi-lingual (Spanish) would be an addition.
