Lots of opportunities to take care of your island neighbors in many ways. Provide top notch customer service to walk in customers, phone customers, and remote folks by voice, email or other communication methods. Perform accurate data entry in computer. Use math skills to analyze delivery schedules and consumption rates. Learn about propane gas lines and how gas appliances operate - assist retail customers as they purchase such. Fill propane bottles at dispenser in all kinds of weather. Assist customers with drop off and pick up of freight, using forklift and hand truck. Handle cash drawer. Make collection calls. Perform physical inventories and reconcile monthly fuel numbers. Use investigative skills to assist with customer bookkeeping questions, shipping rate quotes, and special-order needs. Put a smile on each customers face before they leave the building.
