We are looking for an industrial maintenance technician who has experience with injection molding machinery such as: Pneumatics, Hydraulic and Conveyor systems We value the expertise and skills of top-notch maintenance professionals, like yourself. salary: $65,500 - $72,000 per year

shift: Third

work hours: 7 PM - 7 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on injection molding machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and calibration.

• Replace worn or damaged parts, such as nozzles, heaters, and screws, to ensure optimal machine performance.

• Inspect and adjust machine settings to meet production specifications and quality standards.

Skills

• Competency or knowledge in the following areas: windows based programs, blueprint reading, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical code/controls, PLC, machine shop equipment, metal fabrication, mechanical principles, basic welding

• Basic electrical troubleshooting of machinery and ability to read electrical schematics

• Working knowledge of replacing heater bands, heat relays and troubleshooting heat zones

• Working knowledge of servicing hydraulics and replacing hydraulic pumps

• Working knowledge of troubleshooting pneumatic systems

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
