Position Summary
Performs the various functions of the Customer Service Department as outlined below.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide confident and courteous telephone support for customers, TSM, and consumers
Handle all inbound calls to the highest Call Quality Standards
Receive, review, and submit external and internal order requests promptly and efficiently
Thoroughly review customer orders for pricing, accuracy, and compliance with company policies
Demonstrate expert knowledge of BSG products, processes, and promotions
Problem-solve basic to complex customer-related issues proficiently
Process Customer Service Correspondence (CSC) requests, including credits and replacements with assurance
Maintain and establish customer access on the Customer Web Portal
Provide vital assistance with Contact Us and other customer communication sites
Ensure efficient submission and management of Proof of Delivery and Refusal claims
Daily interface with the warehouse, Sales, Marketing, and other departments with confidence
Issue and track Return Authorizations with precision
Deliver seamless back-up support to Logo and Order Entry as needed
Consistently meet and exceed monthly performance goals
Assist with other project tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as sales programs, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Excellent communication skills needed to work effectively with customers and sales force.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Minimum Qualifications
Typically requires a high school degree; or 1-2 year vocational training / associates degree
