How will you make an impact?
Our interns are matched to projects based on their abilities and current business needs. All projects will have significant strategic and/or operating importance to the business to which they are assigned.
Projects may include the following responsibilities:
Involvement in quality activities associated with the sterile manufacture of pharmaceutical products
Supporting the Quality Management Systems ensuring the quality assurance of our manufacturing operations
Partner with leadership to identify and address areas to improveefficiency and benchmark with industry standard processes.
Become a process champion; critically review specific processes with excellentattentiontodetail and proactively recommend opportunities for improvement.
Qualify as a QSME and provide cross functional training
Collaborate with a variety of teams to perform key product related root cause investigations and identify/provide oversight of the execution of corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with team members across the site to support audit readiness.
Buildingstrongpartnerships with the Quality and operations teams as well as external suppliers to ensure the highest level of compliance.
Learncontinuousimprovement methodologies (i.e., PPI, Six Sigma, and others) and help promote improvement initiatives as a PPI champion
How will you get here?
Undergraduate student pursuing a Life Sciences-or Business related degree.
0 years of work experience required;
Proficiency using computer applications such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Native (or proficient) in English.
Internship will fulfill a 12-month University placement within curriculum.
Ability to be onsite – this is not a remote opportunity.
Excellent interpersonalskills and strongprofessional presence.
