This position will be responsible for sensory in the Taste, Texture and Healh Quality for Americas. Wiill define and ensure execution of Sensory Regional program for Americas in alignment with Global Sensory Strategy and Roadmap. This position will report to LAM TTH Quality Lead

Your key responsibilities

• Define and deploy regional Sensory QC strategy and roadmap in Americas in alignment with Global Sensory strategy;

• Oversee and manage the implementation of Sensory best practices, methods and standards in our Quality Control laboratories in the region;

• Responsible for ensuring site compliance, training, development and validation programs of QC and non-QC sensory panelists;

• Strong contributor to the continuous improvement of Sensory room standard and Sensory rooms’ design for new or revamping lab projects;

• Drive Sensory Performance Excellence;

• Support investigation of sensory non-conformances to establish medium to long-term corrective and preventive actions.

You bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food, Chemical Engineering or related areas with Flavor and/or sensory specialty preferred;

• Previous work experience in Sensory is essential;

• Good knowledge of flavor Raw Materials, Flavors and GC/GC-MS;

• People-oriented profile with trainer/teaching skills; Communication skills both verbally as well as digitally,

• Advanced English skills (written, listening, and spoken) is required – Intermediate Spanish is desired;

• Availability to travel for Americas countries.
