Drive customers Key Global Accounts (KGAs) quality performance improvement across multiple regions through a structured governance of non-conformances, KPIs and the deployment of key improvement initiatives/projects in partnership with local, regional and global cross-functional stakeholders.

As a trusted solution-oriented business partner, support the Key Global Accounts (KGAs) Quality and Food Safety Strategy development and implementation, drive engagement with partners (internal quality & non-quality functions and external experts) and support the key projects to achieve goals across the regions.

Your key responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor a robust global quality performance governance for the KGAs;

  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, priorities, challenges and opportunities that impact performance;

  • Provide support in defining medium to long-term corrective and preventative actions to continuously upskill the Quality & Food Safety System and reinforce its strength;

  • Coordinate the key quality activities related to KGAs and standardize practices across the regions and sites;

  • Support crisis and incident management involving KGAs on quality related issues;

  • Communication, negotiation and engagement with key stakeholders to influence and gain alignment on the short and long-term operational improvement projects and priorities;

  • Prepare and present KGA reports on global and regional quality performance, quality metrics, and improvement initiatives to senior management;

  • Strongly support the KGAs Quality SPOCs (Single Point of Contacts) on quality matters.

    You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science/Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Microbiology or equivalent scientific discipline;

  • Strong knowledge in quality assurance implementing and maintaining Quality and Food Safety Systems;

  • Extensive background in the food and beverages industry and/or flavor industry;

  • Experience in food safety and quality certifications (HACCP, FSSC 22000, GMP standards, etc.) highly preferred;

  • Experience in Auditing and training;

  • Experience in a multi-cultural, multi-country environment preferred;

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and address data and complex technical issues;

  • Green belt or equivalent certification preferred;

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, technological and written communication skills;

  • Fluency in English is essential;

  • Experience in SAP is preferred.
