Key responsibilities

Our GBS HSE Student Intern will be able to work developing and innovating in the following activities:

  • The HSE Intern is responsible for supporting HSE-FM team in establishing and continuously improving Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) culture within the worksite.

  • Assist and support in HSE Metrics Reports and Analysis (Summary Reports)

  • Follow up of the results KPO's of the entire HUBs population through Power Automate

  • Design of graphic pieces and HSE campaigns

  • Follow-up to expired certifications and registration of courses according to the instruction of the HSE Specialist

  • Follow-up to Closing of Action Items in Quest and send notification

  • Review reports that have no residual risk and begin to assign action plans e-mailing to the employees

  • Mapping of New Hires in QUEST

  • Processing the letters of coverage with the Occupational Risk Insurance Company (letter of coverage for occupational accidents for personnel working abroad).

  • Keep the Ergonomics inspection file updated

  • Follow-up on the Yammer Communication Schedule

  • Ensure that HSE documentation is updated and available onsite.

  • Management of the Ergonomic Elements to work at home.

  • Coordinate shipments of home-based work items (Desks, chairs, screens, mouse, keyboard, docking stations)

  • Control the inventory of home-based work items for each HUB, doing physical counts, and feeding the database with the inputs and outputs

Academic Background

Industrial Engineer, International affairs, Business Administration, or related fields.

Additional Requirements

English Level : B2, we must communicate and provide services for our Hemisphere
