WHAT YOU'LL DO:
You will work with all departments to coordinate existing programs for all points of our client lifecycle for the CFPB and FHFA. Working with intradepartmental partners is critical to driving program success. Additionally, there will be multiple programs requiring ownership, so understanding the value of prioritization is important. You will work remotely reporting to the EVP, Data Office and Client Ops.
Skills:
Organize programs and activities following the mission and our goals.
Support all aspects of program management with the CFPB and FHFA.
Create operating plan, and deliverables for lifecycle of all programs.
Manage quality of deliverables, dependencies, and outcomes to ensure that program goals are achieved on time and budget.
Coordinate delivery of the program portfolio with Client Services Delivery, Account Development, Member Support, and other teams.
Manage multiple internal programs concurrently while also contributing to the successful onboarding of new client integrations.
Champion and manage new projects to completion to improve and improve operational processes and maximize system resources
Perform business process redesign, change management, current state assessments and future state roadmaps.
Move fluidly from the big picture to details and allow the engineering teams to deliver complex and strategic phases, often.
Resolve communication challenges and develop relationships with partners at all levels.
Required Experience:
7+ years Program, Project and/or Account management experience in a client-facing role.
5+ years public Sector Experience
Stay up to date with industry trends
Working knowledge of SaaS and PaaS technologies and concepts.
Experience creating detailed demos that are tailored to customers' pain points.
Must have an ability to work in a high-pressure and be able to handle several programs and tasks simultaneously.
Improve, document, and implement process changes and improvements.
Bachelor's degree.
