Description

A midsized full-service law firm is seeking a new litigation attorney for their contested probate department. This attorney will handle a variety of high-value contested trust and probate cases. The firm is happy to train on probate litigation as long as this attorney is interested in the practice area.

This attorney will join a prominent and friendly firm with almost nonexistent turnover. The firm will offer this attorney growth, mentorship, and a proven path to partnership. The firm values transparency with all their employees. My team has worked with this firm for 5+ years. This is a lifestyle firm. They have an 120-130/hr monthly billable hour goal. Attorneys receive generous quarterly bonuses for billing anything above that target.

This attorney position requires 3+ years of civil litigation experience. This attorney will be responsible for:

• Drafting discovery and motions

• Taking/defending depositions

• Court appearances

• Trial prep

• Second chairing trials

• Direct client contact
