• [Provides mental health assessments, individual, group, marital and family counseling/psychotherapy and crisis intervention.]{times="" new="" roman",="" "times""=""}
• [Referral and linkage to other needed Allwell services as well as referral to other community resources.]{times="" new="" roman",="" "times""=""}
• [Building relationships with primary care staff.]{times="" new="" roman",="" "times""=""}
• [Provides clear, concise and prompt feedback to the primary care practitioner.]{times="" new="" roman",="" "times""=""}
• [Provides behavioral health education as appropriate to the primary care staff.]{times="" new="" roman",="" "times""=""}
• [Ensures services are delivered professionally and with concern for the client's well-being.]{times="" new="" roman",="" "times""=""}
• [Maintains and submits required documentation within the time frame specified by policy]{times="" new="" roman",="" "times""=""}
