Minimum/Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree in a related field. Minimum one year-full time professional experience working in a higher education student services role (or a related field including K-12 education or non-profit work) such as recruiting and admissions, advising, orientation, international programs, financial aid, career services, academic programs, or related fields. Demonstrated professional oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate with diverse audiences. Strong organizational/project management, public speaking, and event planning skills with keen attention to detail Demonstrated collaborative skills working with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external to an organization. Enthusiastic and strong motivation to promote student success. Ability to think clearly under pressure and demonstrate professionalism in working with a diverse clientele. Ability to interpret, apply, and explain complex information and handle difficult inter-personal situations with tact and diplomacy. Experience working with confidential information. Demonstrated ability to problem solve and adapt to ambiguity in a rapidly changing environment.
