Minimum/Required Qualifications Earned Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or related field AND earned Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Proficiency in communicating technical information in written and spoken English. Experience in preparation of successful conference and journal articles (minimum 3 published). Demonstrated interest in development of software applications. Familiarity with programming languages (preferably Python). Demonstrated interest in promoting and enhancing the diversity and excellence of the academic community. Position Duties 70% \' Engineering Research: Perform background research and literature reviews. 15% \' Publication and Dissemination: Prepare conference and journal article drafts, edit manuscripts, respond to reviewer comments, and coordinate co-author edits and responses to reviewers. 15% \' Assist with supervision and other duties as assigned: Provide leadership, supervision, and direction for undergraduate and graduate assistants.
