Minimum/Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in field of choice. Coaching experience at the collegiate or professional level OR professional playing experience in lieu of coaching experience. Demonstrated ability to communicate in a manner that shows respect and inclusivity for student athletes, student workers, colleagues, and all stakeholders. Demonstrated familiarity with NCAA rules and regulations.
