Minimum/Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in a field related to assigned responsibilities (examples: Business Administration, Architecture, Construction Engineering Management, or Engineering) ; OR ten+ years of progressively responsible work experience in a position with similar duties. Three (3) years Supervisory experience which includes team building and leadership, conflict resolution, work assignment and management, schedule management, performance management, training, and development. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with a large and diverse base of internal and external customers. Effectively manage multiple projects concurrently in various stages of development. Understanding of contract implementation and legal requirements associated with contracting law. Progressive experience supervising and managing architectural and engineering work including design, specifications, project management, construction management, contract implementation and related work. Construction, design, engineering and project management software, program, and database experience. Familiarity with building code requirements and knowledge and experience with a wide range of mechanical systems. Experience and knowledge with trade coordination. Demonstrated knowledge of effective strategies for working with diverse constituents.
