Minimum/Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree in education, communication, social sciences, political science, business or related field. Minimum 1-2 years professional work experience gaining requisite knowledge, skills and abilities pertaining to the position, specifically related to higher education, student development or leading fraternity/sorority life programs. Affiliation with an inter/national fraternal organization. Demonstrated experience engaging with governing councils and/or Greek-letter organizations (in particular working with multicultural Greek Letter organizations such as NPHC, NALFO, NMGC, NAPA, etc.). Demonstrated commitment to working with, supporting, and developing diverse populations. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
