Coffee Sales Advisor - Part Time

We are seeking a Part Time CoffeeSales Advisor**in Corte Madera who will enjoy demonstrating the latest advancements in brewing technology that elevate the coffee experience.

The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic attitude, passion for coffee drinking, and be driven to transform ordinary shoppers into brand enthusiasts by highlighting Nespresso's engineering craft in combining technology, quality, and design to deliver the perfect cup of coffee.

Schedule and location

• 8-12 hours per week

• Saturdays and Sundays and occasional Fridays

• Williams Sonoma in Corte Madera, CA 94925

What We Offer

• The Wage Range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00 per hour commensurate with experience

What you will do:

• Exude enthusiasm and passion for the Nespresso brand

• Show customers how they can boost their morning routines with barista-like experiences at home!

• Provide the full Nespresso experience; coffee tastings, engaging machine demonstrations, and recommending product solutions that cater to customers' specific flavor preferences

• Convey Nespresso's sustainability and recycling credentials by promoting their Positive Cup Campaign

• Train store associates to communicate Nespresso information with confidence

• Operate the Nespresso Trade Mobile Application to register machine purchases and coffee orders (all reps are issued an iPad for business use only)

• Maintain tasting table/demo area in accordance with proper hygiene requirements and visual standards

• Ensure demo machines are clean and functional

• Participate in required program training sessions and team conference calls

• Complete surveys with feedback and pictures after each shift

• Retail, sales, or training related experience

• Enthusiast of coffee related beverages

• Previous food demonstration experience a plus!

• Engaging attitude with superior interpersonal skills

• Comfortable presenting to individuals and groups

Physical Requirements

• Must adhere to professional appearance standards

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. without assistance

• Access to a personal smartphone with data plan to use during scheduled work shifts

• Access to a Wi-Fi enabled personal tablet or laptop to use during scheduled work shifts

• Access to reliable transportation
