18 month fixed term contract position based in Carrigtwohill, Cork

Job Description Summary ​:

Drives world class customer experience for both internal and external customers. Manages events related to Instruments Innovation Centre activity.

What you will do:

Provision of a world class customer experience for both internal and external customers

Conduct Customer Feedback/Evaluation Forms – hold feedback meetings with organizers of events

Maintain a comprehensive Customer Experience Program.

Develop agenda/brochure format for Customer Experience

Liaise with UCC / Assert on R&D and customer lab activities, including Specimen ordering and management

Liaise with UCC / Assert on training for IC staff, create a rolling 3 – 6 month general and specific anatomy education program.

Recovery of all costs associated with customer experience program

Maintain and update as required, in conjunction with Assert an SOP for lab set up and logistics

Liaise with our legal team to create new or update existing contracts to manage capital equipment and maintenance agreements between Stryker/Assert/Techno/Others

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

• BS or equivalent and 2+ years of work experience
