The Demand Planner will be responsible for developing production/supply plans that take into account forecasts, availability of material and manufacturing capacity through the sales and operational planning processes and tools.

This position is part of the Demand Planning team located in Coralville, Iowa and will be on-site. At IDT, we are one global team. We celebrate our differences, engage in healthy debate, and are inclusive. Together, we accomplish great things.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Supports the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes for designated value streams, or product categories

• Assists Sales Management to develop customer forecast data and order projections

• Analyzes Production, Sales and Inventory (PSI) data, trends, and future demand

• Escalates short and mid-term supply or demand gaps to L1/L2 leaders

• Ensures rigorous processes exist regarding the measurement, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of key performance indicators

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or applicable field required

• 2+ years in a supply chain, manufacturing, or engineering role required

• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel including pivot tabl

• Working knowledge of SAP/ERP, Salesforce and Power BI

• Experience within highly regulated ISO9001 environment

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience with technical leadership capabilities, working effectively with different levels of staff across functional boundaries preferred

• Experience with ISO 13485 /14001 highly preferred
