What does a great Director, Product Management, Merchant Fraud Sales Enablement do?
In this role, you will provide subject matter and technical expertise in sales opportunities to facilitate the discovery and capture of business needs and opportunities, to develop and analyze solutions, and to engender confidence and credibility through your presentations and direct interactions with our clients. The position will support Fiserv’s global ecommerce merchant fraud product portfolio.

Collaborating with the Sales team to provide full assistance in achievement of sales targets while adhering to cost of sales objectives.
Illustrating the value of the fraud products to prospects in a compelling manner.
Aligning product portfolio capabilities (products and services) with client business requirements through a professional and ethical business approach which endorses Fiserv’s values.
Participating in the development & completion of submitted RFI/RFP documents, bid coordination, prospect qualification, discovery and requirements gathering, product demonstrations, technical discussions, and design solution proposals.
Promoting and supporting sales opportunities into existing Fiserv accounts and helping to ensure that customers are successful in their objectives and remain reference-able for Fiserv.
Represent Fiserv at Trade Show events and conferences to increase brand and solution visibility (company booth, panel discussions, industry speaker, etc.).
Developing credibility and confidence with prospects through the sales lifecycle through the demonstration of expertise and strong engagement skills.
Executing strategies to promote strategic features and capitalize on customer and market driven value propositions.
Understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, network rules, business drivers, evolving business needs, etc. You will be responsible for staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.
Providing feedback from the market to your product management team regarding products including identification of gaps between product functionality and market/customer demands.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, marketing, computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
7 years of experience working in the space of fraud and loss prevention
5 years of experience in sales, pre-sales or implementation of software solutions within the fraud mitigation discipline
3 years of experience with ecommerce acquiring
Travel: approximately 30%
Experience with ecommerce fraud machine learning solutions
Experience with 3D-Secure
Global product delivery experience
Client relationship building experience in person and via phone/video
Technical integration experience with large, complex merchant environments
Experience producing diagrams of current and future state of merchant environment
Experience leading training sessions on Fraud products internally and externally
Experience creating merchant presentations in PowerPoint
