What does a great administrative support associate do?

Associate will assist Workflow Manager in launching/directing outbound/inbound call volumes to associates by monitoring dashboards and authorizing calls.

Associate will have dedicated, repetitive tasks to perform continuously throughout the work day. Associate will be required to review agent availability and schedule calls for maximum penetration.

Associate will be dependable support to advise management of any delays, technical issues, coverage concerns, etc. as shown by the system realtime dashboard.

Scheduled hours could be anytime between 8a-10p M-S EST. Position could be filled with multiple part time associates as required to meet scheduled hours and business needs.

Preferred HS Diploma or GED. No travel will be required.
