Job Title: Transportation Foreman
Job Status: Year Round 10 Months
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation: Proposed hiring rate of $29.00+, actual pay will be adjusted based on experience
- Benefits: This position is eligible to enroll in company subsidized medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, HSA, life/disability options; season pass for employees/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Job Summary:
Assists in managing the day to day operations of the transportation dept. to include the administration and scheduling of all transportation needs within the scope of available equipment and manpower in order to provide employees and guests with reliable, safe, and timely transportation commensurate with minimized costs.
Basic Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Must be able to perform duties in winter alpine environment and be able to work outside for up to 11 hours.
- Must pass pre-employment drug test, have current DOT medical card and be able to supply a clean MVR.
- Must have current CDL class BP2 license.
- Must have CDL Instructors Certificate or be able to secure one within a specified time if required.
- This position may require the use of a motor vehicle and the employee is subject to comply with the Driver's Standards of Copper Mountain.
