Compensation and Benefits: - Compensation: Proposed hiring rate of $2,276.92 to $2,500.00+ biweekly amount, actual pay will be adjusted based on experience. - Benefits: This position is eligible to enroll in company subsidized medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, HSA, life/disability options; season pass for employees/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Job Summary: The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, who works in the Building Services Department, provides outstanding maintenance services for Copper Mountain owned and managed properties. The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading, developing, and managing the Mechanical Maintenance team to meet Company, Department, and Owner requirements through proper delivery of maintenance services.
Basic Requirements: - Color and night vision - Sitting up to 50% - Standing up to 75% - Crawling up to 10% - Working in inclement weather up to 25% - Working in mechanical room environments, closets, attics, etc. - Lifting up to 50 lbs. - Due to the sensitive nature of this position, a criminal background check will be conducted after position is accepted. This background check will be done in accordance with standards enacted under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. - Valid US Driver's license
