Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Leverage market intelligence, purchased and market lead sources to target prospects and build opportunities, set appointments, assist sales team with sales campaigns.

Research and thoroughly qualify prospects and gather market intelligence including contact lists, potential volume and growth projections. Identify prospective service line need and help sales force campaign and secure business on all service lines.

Research and discover different business segments to identify potential customers within each. Secure prospective company intelligence to begin business marketing campaigns.

Leverage CRM to track sales efforts and opportunities within existing customer base. Assist sales team with updating CRM client information as needed.

Attend all Workplace Solutions sales meetings and be an integral part of sales direction and support. Attend industry events whenever possible and help set up and manage the booths. Provide support for Area Director with administrative needs as needed.

Maintain thorough knowledge of Suddath Workplace Service offerings.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred, some college required; at least one year of progressive business development experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. Bi-lingual skills a plus.

Math Ability:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel. Experience with Co-Star and other real estate market intelligence tools preferred; experience with customer relationship management systems preferred.
