Join our team to centralize and unlock LEGO digital design data, driving innovation, efficiency, and smarter decisions across the design lifecycle!
Play a key role in enhancing creativity in LEGO design and development by turning insights from digital model creation into innovative tools.
Please note: This role is based in Copenhagen, but no relocation is offered.
Core Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the product roadmap for a unified digital ecosystem that centralizes LEGO design data, aligning with goals and workflows.
Ensure alignment and seamless collaboration on product development and deliveries across stakeholders and other products.
Partner with digital product design, engineering, and compliance teams to create a single source of truth for design data.
Collaborate with Product Designer to gather insights, prioritize initiatives, and deliver tools for real-time, data-driven decision-making.
Ensure secure, accurate, and consistent data management throughout all design projects.
Collaborate with product teams in the area to define clear requirements, ensure timely delivery, and measure success against OKRs.
Build robust compliance tracking and real-time insights tools that empower proactive decision-making and foster innovation.

We’re searching for a dynamic, results-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead the creation of a seamless, integrated digital environment for our LEGO design data.
Your mission: to centralize and streamline access to design data, fueling innovation, efficiency, and smarter decision-making throughout the design lifecycle. By shaping the backbone of our digital ecosystem, you’ll empower LEGO Design colleagues to craft extraordinary physical and digital experiences that inspire and delight millions of fans around the globe.
Do you have what it takes?
Proven product management experience, ideally in design tools, data platforms, or digital ecosystems.
Expertise in digital product development, data management, and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of simplifying technical concepts.
Deep software development knowledge.
Strong leadership skills for guiding cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
Ability to translate product vision and user insights into actionable priorities.
Additionally, it would be great if you have:
Experience managing technical software and desktop applications, including industrial and 3D software.
Experience in complex IT environments.
Strong data analytics skills.
Experience with objectives and key results (OKRs).
Proficiency in JIRA for project management.
