Philips Sales Excellence Manager Nordics in Copenhagen, Denmark

As a Sales Excellence Manager Nordics, you will be trusted advisor to the market management team on commercial transformation and sales execution, to ensure good problem solving, bring targeted solutions and critical sales behaviors to their respective the Nordic Market.

Your role will be to:

  • Drive commercial initiatives with accountability to achieve agreed goals/AOP particularly on orders. Lead sales improvement projects, support strategy and deploy projects in line with management’s top performance priorities.

  • Drive continuous improvement and maintenance of the commercial model analytics to support data-driven decisions at customer level and drive performance.

  • Lead initiatives around forecast management for current and next quarter, funnel development for long term sustainability and improve ways of working across commercial activities

  • Deploy key global and local sales initiatives across tools, processes to improve sales productivity

  • Develop sales skills by either delivering trainings and/or liaison with other trainers/vendors to provide the right & relevant trainings to the sales teams

  • Coach top opportunities at risk , by applying customer focused selling tools & techniques.

You're the right fit if you:

  • Have a proven ability to juggle multiple initiatives and manage various stakeholders.

  • Bring at least 5 years of B2B sales experience (preferred).

  • Excel skills are essential, and experience with Salesforce is a big plus.

  • Are fluent in English. Additional Nordic language skills are highly valued.

  • Can dive into data from various sources and analyze it effectively.

  • Have problem-solving skills and take ownership of resolving issues.

For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week and for a Sales role to be a part of the team at the office when not with customers.
