The Security & Modern Work CSA Team is part of our greater CSA team covering Azure Core, Data & AI and App Innovation. The CSA team is an important part of our Customer Success Unit (CSU) working closely with the Customer Success Account Managers (CSAM) to help our customers on their cloud journey. This is a customer-facing role, owning the Copilot for M365 focused technical relationship and strategy between the customer and Microsoft as well as customer engagements, including architecture, deployment, and operational health.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver presentations, demos, proofs of concept, and workshops to showcase Microsoft 365 including Copilot and Teams.

  • Actively engage with business and technical decision makers to drive intent, enablement, and usage Microsoft 365.

  • Lead architecture design sessions on Microsoft 365, address customer questions and provide best practices for activating the solution within the customer environment. Work with customers to extend Copilot and identify initial business processes.

  • Collaborate with customers on the compliance and security posture to advance safe, secure, and trustworthy AI in relation to implementing Copilot for Microsoft 365.

  • Identify and resolve issues blocking the go-live of customer projects by leveraging deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 technical subject matter expertise.

  • Staying updated on the latest trends and best practices for Microsoft 365.

  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Modern Work community within Microsoft and provide feedback and insights from customers and partners back to the relevant Microsoft teams, including Product Groups, to enable continuous improvement.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) – for Modern Work, we would like you to meet some of the qualifications below:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

  • Experience in designing and implementing solutions for Microsoft 365.

  • Relevant certifications.

  • Deep technical expertise in some of the Microsoft Modern Work suite of products with the focus on Microsoft 365 E5 features, such as:

  • Intune

  • Microsoft Endpoint Manager

  • Exchange Online

  • SharePoint Online

  • Power Platform

  • Teams, including Teams Phone

  • Great communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently onsite with customers and as part of a team.

  • Ability to visit customers located all over Denmark.
