Job Description:

  • Partner with SMEs to transform technical information into training materials and work cross functionally to ensure material is compliant, accurate, and supports adult learning principals.

  • Record and edit content to create training videos.

  • Write and produce SOPs by creating step-by-step instructions documenting fairlife practices and procedures.

  • Collaborate with SMEs and department managers to ensure training content meets department expectations.

  • Apply design standards to ensure a consistent and professional training experience.

  • Work with a team to create engaging training for manufacturing processes and equipment operation.

    Qualifications:

  • Writing and editing experience, technical writing background is preferred.

  • Knowledge in or ability to learn video editing software, experience using Camtasia is a plus.

  • Strong communication tools and the ability to collaborate with SMEs.

  • Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to work independently and manage projects and timelines.

  • Proactive, adaptable, detail oriented and results driven.
