Join our team at Twin City Staffing as a robotic welder for the 2nd shift! If you are detail-oriented, skilled in operating welding robots, and committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards, we want to hear from you. Location: Coon Rapids, MN Wage: $21 - $31/hr. Hours: 3:30 pm 2 am, Monday Thursday Benefits of the robotic welder: 401(k) with matching Dental, health, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Flexible spending and health savings accounts Retirement plan Duties of the robotic welder: Operate robotic welding equipment, including setup, programming, and running machines to produce parts to specifications Quality inspections of parts Ensure quality of welds and remove weld spatter using chisel and/or grinder Tag completed rework jobs appropriately Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of welding robots and equipment Follow all safety guidelines and protocols Coordinate workflow with team members to meet production targets Report material shortages, equipment malfunctions, or quality concerns to supervisors Requirements of the robotic welder: Accurately read a tape measure Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards Follow established procedures Lift 30-50 lbs.
