Join our team as a production operator at Twin City Staffing! We're seeking individuals with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. As a crucial team member, you'll play a key role in assembling parts and maintaining production standards, ensuring the delivery of top-notch finished products. Location: Coon Rapids, MN Wage: $18 - $20/hr. Set up tools and equipment for assembly processes. Review finished assemblies to meet production and quality requirements. Prepare finished products for shipping, including packaging and loading. Report and assist in resolving production issues. Additional tasks as directed by the Director of Operations. Requirements of the production operator: Authorized to work in the United States. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 3 years' experience in a production environment preferred. Familiarity with hand and power tools. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
