About this Team

The HRIS team is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Senior Manager, HRIS Reporting and Analytics responsible for delivering reporting solutions, developing metrics, dashboards and enabling business insights. This position will collaborate and partner with cross functional teams to determine reporting and analytics needs.

How you will contribute:

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, data sets, key success criteria and issues to design and develop operational HR reports

  • Leverage best practice technology solutions to create dashboards to visualize data using the HRIS system including advanced and canvas reporting as well as People Analytics/Stories

  • Educate and train business users to leverage delivered reports, dashboards and connect to data while also providing best practices and design guidance to achieve data-driven decisions

  • Design and maintain system processes, procedures and support documentation

  • Review SuccessFactors releases to determine organization impacts

Qualified Applicants will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent

  • At least 5 years of relevant business analysis/analytics experience including at least 3 years of hands-on reporting design and experience

  • Advanced technical skills and experience with HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred) including reporting, analytics applications, business processes and troubleshooting

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, verbal and written communications and customer focus

  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Teams
