Job Summary

Senior level professional level role responsible for delivering HR Reporting/People Analytics solutions, developing metrics and dashboards and enabling business insights.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

  • Partners with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, data sets, key success criteria and issues in order to design and develop operational HR reports.

  • Leverage technology solutions to create dashboards to answer business questions and address needs using HR system including SuccessFactors People Stories and/or SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) reporting; experience with data blending or leveraging a data warehouse preferred.

  • Educate and train business users to leverage delivered reports, dashboards and connect to data to business decisions while also providing best practices and design guidance to achieve data-driven decisions; become a trusted partner between HR Tech/People Analytics and the business.

  • Design and maintain system processes, procedures, and technical documentation.

Preferred Education (i.e. type of degree)

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent

  • Advanced technical skills and experience with HR systems including report (creation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements), analytics applications, business processes, and data blending.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple competing priorities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to translate sophisticated analyses in a logical and easy to understand manner to share with a variety of business stakeholders

  • The ability to work well independently and within a team, while building relationships throughout all levels of the organization

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Teams

  • Experience utilizing and/or creating predictive analytics

  • Create actionable data-driven insights, and make business recommendations to close gaps

  • Respect the sensitivity, privacy, and confidentiality of candidate and employee data by adhering to best practices for data governance

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • At least 5 years of relevant business analysis/analytics experience including at least 3 years of hand-on reporting design and developing

Travel Requirements

  • Domestic and/or International - 0 - 25%

The range for this position is $80,400.00 to $144,700.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
