Work will include supervision of the production workforce and processes to ensure the safe and efficient production of structural products that meet quality standards and customer specifications. responsibilities:

• Hands on Leadership and direction to employees and lead department meetings.

• Ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are monitored, and targets achieved.

• Support a high-performance culture where suggestions are embraced.

• Give feedback to drive employee development.

• Drive Productivity and Safety improvements.

• Perform Labor reporting for employees.

• Recommend process improvements.

• Interview and select employees.

• Recommend wage adjustments.

• Other duties as assigned based on business need.
