RESPONSIBILITIES\ This position will be in charge of the PIT modules. Initiating with the planning, design, execution, review, testing, control and closure of the projects are successful, that the defined time are met, and the requirements of the internal customer are covered.\ \ SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Develop proposed solutions to customer requirements by integrating technology components, internal staff, service providers and their associated costs.
- Receives and addresses customer requests.
- Identifies technical requirements
- Prepares and presents solutions proposals
- Develop details work plans, through the definition of strategies that ensure the achievement of the established objectives of each project.
- Generate a plan of activities establishing sequence, responsible parties, duration and dates.
- Define scopes and goals agreed with the client to support the project objective.
- Analyze and manage potential risk that may compromise the successful completion of the project by creating a risk matrix identifying their probability, impact and mitigation actions.
- Rank the identified risks based on their likelihood and impacts.
- Defines the escalation matrix.
- Control of user permissions in the PIT system.
System Engineer or related degree, MS Project and experience in SCRUM methodology.\ Excel Macros Programming\ Knowledge of programming languages PHP, MYSQL, JS, Laravel\ \ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED\ Verifiable experience in project coordination 1 year
