Gainwell Technologies LLC has multiple Advisor Test Engineer positions available in Conway, AR, and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA.
Analyze collected requirements to ensure the Test Plan and identified testing solutions meet customer expectations and develop Test Plans as specified in the Testing Strategy for projects. Design and evaluate performance models to demonstrate conformance to requirements, as defined in business & technical specification documents. Communicate with stakeholders to assist in managing testing issues and risks. Execute scripts, report testing progress, facilitate defect resolution, and document test results. Coordinate with teams in the implementation of recommended improvements. Support and lead knowledge management and collaboration through participation in discussions and improving performance testing processes through lessons learned.
