Kuehne+Nagel International Business Manager - Integrated Logistics (m/f/d) in Contern, Luxembourg

Join Kuehne+Nagel Integrated Logistics team as a Business Manager and become the cornerstone of client success internationally.

Your Role

The Business Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining and growing client relationships. They act as the primary liaison, managing contracts, finances, and service delivery to meet global customer needs profitably. Their responsibilities also include driving business growth in line with the company's development strategy. Collaboration with other regional business managers and 4PL Control Towers is crucial for ensuring consistent value delivery and strategic alignment across the board.

Your Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and manage the client Master Service Agreement (MSA).

  • Lead global initiatives to enhance business growth; Handle overall account management, including Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities

  • Oversee project implementation to meet customer expectations and financial goals.

  • Identify and maintain regional resources and skills for dedicated client service management.

  • Set objectives for teams to meet client service requirements; Coordinate cross-regional activities and manage costs for profitable outcomes. #LI-AM4

  • Form a cohesive team from all resources involved with the customer to achieve collective goals; Serve as the central escalation point for customer concerns.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Education in Logistics, Business or Sales with a very good understanding of the international forwarding business.

  • Proven track record of people and project management for at least 5 years.

  • Very good communication skills, ability to work internationally, can-do attitude and analytical skills.

  • Computer skills: MS Office.

  • Fluent English is mandatory, German is an advantage.

  • International scope, you are willing to travel (up to 50%).
