Warehouse Coordinator ICoordinates the receiving, storing and issuing of stock in a warehouse. Work requires contact with private entities. Assists in coordinating warehouse operations. Work requires contact with private entities. Employees at this level perform work independently on assignments; however, all unusual issues are referred to the supervisor.Warehouse Coordinator IIIOversees the receiving, storing and issuing of stock in a warehouse. Coordinates warehouse operations. Work requires contact with private entities. Employees at this level establish their own work plan and priorities to meet set objectives. Issues are rarely referred to the supervisor but are handled at the occurrence.Essential Duties:Warehouse Coordinator ICoordinates all warehouse stock including the receiving, storing and issuing of stock; as required, moves warehouse items using appropriate safety methods and tools.Ensures warehouse area and equipment are kept clean and properly maintained.Enters and reads computer data relating to the issuance and receipt of stock.Monitors inventory levels to maintain stock at proper levels including ordering materials, reducing surplus or obsolete stock, and minimizing back orders.Oversees Material and Supply Management System (MSMS) and/or Minor Equipment System (MES) operations.Performs spot checks and annual inventory.Processes purchase orders.Performs other job responsibilities as assigned.Warehouse Coordinator IIIncludes all essential duties listed for Warehouse Coordinator I as well as:Coordinates and monitors hazardous waste material data, storage and disposal as outlined by state environmental guidelines.Coordinates and monitors material requests and ensures that they are properly initiated and prepared for the ordering of required parts and materials.Coordinates and performs spot checks and annual inventory.Ensures incoming freight meets specifications and expected quality.Performs other job responsibilities as assigned.Warehouse Coordinator IIIIncludes all essential duties listed for Warehouse Coordinator I and II as well as:Oversees all warehouse stock including the receiving, storing and issuing of stock.Oversees and monitors hazardous waste material data, storage and disposal as outlined by state environmental guidelines.Oversees and monitors material requests and ensures that they are properly initiated and prepared for the ordering of required parts and materials.Oversees and monitors specifications to ensure that they are properly written and updated; bids for locally purchased materials and parts are processed in accordance with guidelines.Operates fork-lift.Performs other job responsibilities as assigned.
