We are looking for Crew Members to join our Dunkin' team! As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in preparing and serving our delicious coffee and baked goods while ensuring operational excellence and maintaining a friendly atmosphere for our guests to enjoy. Responsibilities:
Work well and interact with team members respectfully
Respond positively to coaching and feedback
Communicate effectively with colleagues
Provide great guest service and resolve any issues
Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems diligently
Maintain a clean and neat work environment
Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
Handle POS transactions and payments accurately
Prepare and deliver all products according to Brand standards
Skills and Qualifications:
Fluent in English
Basic computer skills
Capable of counting money and making change
Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
