Hiring For Assemblers in Conover, NC Pay Up TO $18/hr

1st and 2nd shift

Climate Control

Job Description:

• Reads blueprints, specifications, work orders to assemble components.

• Follows assembly procedures to build parts, using hands and small tools.

• Cleans parts as needed on the assembling line.

• Conduct quality checks on parts and labeled correctly.

• Assist coworkers on the production line.

• Keep clean and organized work area.

• Seeking mechanically inclined assemblers or production workers.

Shift:

1st shift: 7:30am – 4:00pm

2nd shift: 4:00pm – 12:30am

Skills:

• Assembly, hand tools or power tools, blueprints, mechanically incline, machine operation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Integrity - Reliability, Responsibility and Accountability.

• Working knowledge of the English language, both oral and written.

• Must have high attention-to-detail.

• Ability to life 45 pounds and perform repeated physical tasks.

• Manual dexterity (i.e. the ability to make coordinated hand and finger movements to grasps and manipulate objects of varying sizes).

• Ability to stand for 8 hours a day.

• Skill in active listening and following directions.
