We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our company at our Connell, Washington parent seed facility.

This role will be on-site at the Corteva location.
What You'll Do:
Oversee preventative maintenance program and maintain parts/supplies inventory, including sourcing appropriate vendors as needed.
Establish positive working relationships with internal and external partners.
Repair equipment in-house or outsourced as needed.
Supervise and schedule maintenance work.
Ensure appropriate recordkeeping is completed.
Implement and practice safety programs and policies
Coordinate, troubleshoot and assist with equipment and facility repairs.
Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across all departments.
Promote and implement continuous improvement.
Foster a supportive and positive work environment.
Adhere to all safety, quality, and productivity standards and requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
- You have a High School diploma/GED equivalent.
What Skills You Need:
You have a valid US driver's license.
You know how to schedule work/jobs and you do a great job of following-up on completion status.
You have a good understanding of maintaining/repairing, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, mechanical power transmission systems, electrical systems, welding, and fabrication work.
You are willing and able to work in environments that include tight or closed-in spaces, climb stairs/ladders, working at heights, stand or walk for extended periods of time, frequent bending/reaching, working outdoors and in inclement weather.
You are experienced in Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel.
You can work both independently and in a team environment with limited supervision.
You are willing and able to work primarily a day shift schedule as well as overtime hours including weekend work as needed during seasonal peaks.
What Makes You Stand Out:
A Washington and/or Oregon Journeyman Electrician certification.
Experience with a CMMS (EMaint) for work orders and parts inventory.
Automation skills.
PLC knowledge.
Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing principles such as 5S, Continuous Improvement and Standardized Work.
HVAC knowledge.
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $25.70 - $32.20 hourly. This reflects a reasonable estimate of the targeted base salary for this role. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus. Based on factors such as geographic location and candidate qualifications, actual base pay is determined when an employment offer is made.
