What You'll Do:
✅ Manage Invoices & Accounts – Ensure accuracy and timely processing.
✅ Verify Inbound Shipments – Double-check receipts for accuracy.
✅ Build Strong Customer Relationships – Serve as the go-to person for inquiries and support.
✅ Generate Reports – Provide weekly and monthly updates for clients.
✅ Coordinate Warehouse Operations – Work with the team to ensure product availability and scheduling.
✅ Resolve Customer Issues – Be the first point of contact for concerns and problem-solving.
✅ Organize Documentation – Keep records up to date and accessible.
✅ Assist with Inventory Research – Partner with inventory teams to track and resolve discrepancies.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ High School diploma or GED (may be required depending on facility).
✔️ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✔️ Excellent organizational skills – ability to multi-task and prioritize.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite .
✔️ Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. (may vary by facility).
