Job Description Summary

Responsible for processing invoices, responding to inquiries, and creating new suppliers. Must have the ability to multi-task and work as part of a team committed to getting the job done accurately and on time. Key role in a very fast paced environment.

Experience:

• 10 key experience (number pad)

• Comprehensive math skills with accuracy and completeness.

• Good written communication skills to be able to respond to Team members and Vendors.

• Filing experience

• Reliable and trustworthy

• Previous Accounts Payable experience a plus

• Good organization and attention to detail skills

• Able to maintain confidentiality

• Proficient in Microsoft suite

• SAP operating system a experience a plus

• Able to work well with Team members

• Able to establish a work environment remotely as well as being flexible to work in office in Conklin NY

REQUIREMENT AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Pursuing college degree in Accounting/Finance or two years minimum related experience and/or training.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities.

• Ability to solve practical problems.

• Must be organized with high attention to detail.

• Familiar with MS Office software.

• Team player.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

Pay Range:$17.20 - $29.04
